One year ago, I started this real food blog to chronicle my health and wellness journey. Since then, I decided to go back to school to become a Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC). NTCs do NOT diagnose or treat disease, rather we make nutritional recommendations for balancing the body and promoting optimal wellness. Inspired by my personal journey to healing, I discovered a passion for real food and the desire to help others live their healthiest life.

Time for a Spring Clean Up! The 30 Day Paleo Challenge.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about “that diet” I’m on and if I’m still on it.

If you are not already familiar, I follow a Paleo Lifestyle. So yes, I’m still on “that diet.” Circa 2011.

So what does Paleo even mean? In short, this means NO grains, dairy or legumes.

With all these questions I thought it would be fun to host my first 30 Day Paleo Challenge! The Spring Clean Up Edition. This will begin on May 1st!

Who would be interested? Comment &/or Like if you would be interested in taking on this challenge with me.
